People within football at a professional level understand that Darlington belongs in a classroom environment, our board think he's the dogs bollocks.

As I've stated previously, other than being part of the cog that is the FAW coach education set up, he's achieved nothing in football.

Even though he has a small number of people that defend him on here, I doubt anyone could provide good reason for him to be poached or positioned at a higher standard.

Watched some of the Harrogate v Salford game. Absolutely honking game of football but its the business end of the season and Salford won.

Their back 3 bossed it and it struck me that we could play them for a month and not score! Add them to the list of teams we need to avoid if we get in the play offs!.

The 30 or 40 Salford fans there looked pleased with the win!

Complete fluke of a game I think we can admit - Salford had a BAD day, we had a very good one, but still, anything can happen in a one off game.

To be honest - A month after with no wins and it felt like a long time ago, though we went on a good run in feb, the last few results make it so frustrating - We built such good foundations but couldnt capitalise on it!

Shows the difference with this team. Concede first and its normally game over but score first and they have more confidence.

Salford result was huge for both teams and probably the result and performance of the season in the NL.

Fylde have failed to beat Aldershot so hopefully we can capitalise on that and at least match their 1 point, but it would be good if we could spring a surprise and gather all 3 to create a cushion.
