Dagenham & Redbridge Football Club founded in 1992, are in desperate need of support for the coming 2018/2019 season. Dagenham & Redbridge have a short but proud history as a football club having spent 9 years in the football league before suffering relegation to the Vanarama National League in 2015. This is now our third season back in the top tier of non-league football and we are reaching out for support from football fans worldwide to help the club survive.


During the 2017/18 season Dagenham & Redbridge were fighting for promotion in December only for a major investor, who was funding the club’s fight for the top positions in the league, to pull out midseason. This caused the club to have huge dip in form and unsurprisingly led us to finish 11th in the league, well off the pace set at by the promising start of to the season.


On the 21st of March 2018, Premier League neighbour’s, West Ham United, arranged a friendly at the Chigwell Construction Stadium helping Dagenham to survive till the end of the season.


The loss of funding has had a knock on effect on the coming season and we now need some extra support to continue. We have set an ambitious target of £150,000 from donations to help keep the club running for the upcoming season, after which we will be able to reset the spending commitments made under the previous investor and be self-sustaining in the future. We have had a great response so far with donations reaching £38,000, mainly coming from our own fans. We are still looking for over £110,000 to reach our target. Any contribution from other members of the ‘football family’, big or small, would be greatly received by the club and its supporters.

I was more thinking there's no way he'll last at that level and we'll go past him coming back down when we get promoted this season

Though I didn't think he'd last at this one so shows what my opinion is worth!

Watched 2 live games with him as the official. He was dreadful in those games too. It does make you wonder ??

Not looking good for gateshead lost half their squad now being forced to go part time after potential investors pulled out
