Woking are a bit of a yo-yo club but seem to have a decentish following. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe Chorley are a other full-time NLN club with a bit of financial backing.
Sadly can't see Gateshead lasting the summer, it seems a lot of fans have washed their hands of the board and set up their own club.

Harrogate, again think their better players may be poached but possibly. Eastleigh no, cost cutting needed so higher earners likely to leave and McCallum will go to the league. Hartlepool, maybe but cant see it. Think Barnet and Bromley will do ok but we've got a great chance if we can strengthen in the right areas.
Hard to predict what will happen, but i agree that we have a good chance with the right acquisitions and a more attacking strategy from the start of the season.

If we can’t be positive now, what’s the point of it all.

I think you're right about Chorley. They could be an outside bet for the play offs. A bit like Harrogate this season.

Winners Chorley and Woking will be joining us next season.

Already thinking about who we will be paired with on boxing day / nyd.

Wont be Stockport County - too costly to steward & police on a bank holiday - but Chorley could be a strong possibility.

However, not sure if the league is all sorted yet - situation with Gateshead is critical - they may end up being demoted due to financial problems and possibly Aldershot reinstated. Gone a bit quiet up in the north east last few days but the trap door is certainly looming.
IF as expected Gateshead drop out of the league expect Wrexham and Barrow to be paired over the Christmas/New Year period again, Fylde and Chorley will be paired together as will Hartlepool and Harrogate. Barrow and Chorley games are always midweek matches so that comb is ruled out.

Chorley got promotion on the back off a good defence, which might get found out at a higher level - over half their goals were scored by the former Barrow collection of Marcus Carver, Louis Almond and the Newby twins (Alex and Elliot). Not sure if they are bankrolled now or not. I'd expect a lower midtable position for them next season though rather than the play-offs.

Please god not Barrow - the only way that is local for me is if I convince Rhylred to join me on board the good ship lollipop from Prestatyn
