Should be brought back in house and done by Direct Debit or payable in the shop, we can’t be making anything like we use to since Blackpool took over running it.

If it was in-house, but would it be as profitabe, to Wxm AFC compared to the current 55p in every pound?

If it could be we should crack on with it or if not then Gold Bond needs a big push.

It’s been said as an idea before on here, £10 per month one jack pot prize of say £2000 (perhaps a couple of runner up prizes like a pair of match tickets) and we should easily be able to grow it to 500 members especially if we can convert many of the current members. If we got 700 signed up it would pay a top strikers wage.

I thought over 700 were signed up currently.

Mine has lapsed as original payment was taken from debit card which has since expired. They want me to ring them to renew.

It would take a bit of organising to bring it in house and also need a more flexible way to purchase tickets which I guess isnt a priority as it stands.

No money goes to Blackpool Football club . The administration is done by Blackpool lottery . We are just relaunching and will then bring it all back in house . Matt in the Shop is looking after this and will spend a few days a week just on Gold Bond . The more people who join we will then bring it in house quicker . We have about 750 members. Double that by August , all on standing order will bring another £18 k profit . Let’s all get behind it !

Mine lapsed the same as yours so now pay cash but going back to standing order . We have done a lot of research with Burnley and know what needs organising and this is now a priority .
