So far it hasn’t worked, and it’s not going to any time soon.

My boss criticises me for pointing out faults/weaknesses at work. He says “don’t come to me with problems, only solutions”. If I had all the answers, I would be the friggin boss!

Poor management then. A manager should support his employees and if criticism is given then there has to be some constructive stuff that goes with it otherwise its just criticism.

To be the boss you do need to have the answers or at least your ideas and work with others to deal with the issues.

I say this because that is exactly what we need to address with our club.
We shouldn't be afraid of constructive criticism - how does anyone expect us to improve if we don't address the areas where we are failing?
Seems that some and the view has been expressed are happy to just have a club - is that really what being a football club is all about SURVIVAL. Not in my book it should be about improvement.

Not sure why the board didn’t just come on here and pick a manager and assistant there seems to be more knowledgeable people on here , would have saved a lot of hassle and everyone would be happy l think ��
