I thought the rumour was that Tranmere wouldn’t sell to a rival in their league?

If he signed for Walsall there’ll be no fee this time as he is out of contract - and nothing Tranmere can do about it.

Still think it’s a false rumour though. There’s no way Walsall can pay more than Tranmere.

At 1800 a week that was a big risk....but as we know the tramps wouldn't sell.
