In 12 months time I’ll message you and I guarantee we will still be in this league, I accepted it a long time ago that we will go nowhere under the trust but we will just have a club. There are people on here who seen it as an opportunity to put their own agenda onto the “community club” when in reality I don’t think any form of politics should be involved with running a football club, this club has huge potential in terms of support and i honestly think if the club were put up for sale someone would come forward.

All this praising any minor action or claiming the club has never been ran off the field better because it made a 10k profit is petty cash in reality.

As I always do I will give Sam a chance but as much as I said I back Sam if this goes Pete tong, the people making the appointments are who deserve the abuse.

All well and good to do this but nobody wanted to take it forward when Mo$$ and co were trying to sell , the trust was the only way forward , I would love somebody to come along and put millions in but if they do they want something back they are not going to invest for nothing
In return , if you can tell us where this person is I am all ears I suppose you could invite the vaunghs to invest as their project Bangor is going ti#s up

This depends if you only judge progress by the performance of the first team. You might write off the fact the club is making a small profit but the amount isn't the point. It's the fact it shows that the club is living within its means. You only have to look down the road to see what can happen when that isn't the case. The stadium and training ground issues in the last few seasons are also, for me, examples of how the club has met challenges that have come it's way. Gary Mills second season could have crippled us for years but the following season we challenged at the right end if the table for the majority of the year.

So as a matter of interest how will you gauge progress?

It is a question yes. Down the road they are looking at infrastructure and have a team of U19s that are coming to the fore.

We have to look at strategic aims and goals not just £100k profit based on £488k of transfer fees. Seriously!!!!!

How do we grow the membership?
Is the Racecourse a millstone?
COE and producing players?
Ground sponsorship?
Growing the WAFC board?
Attracting outside investment - in the right way?
Gold Bond in house?
Harnassing the power of the Red supporters groups and WSA?

The list goes on.....but where are these aims & goals and where are the plans?

Yes another strategic aim and goal. How do we work with Rob to build RP?
Does he need extra hamsters on match day for the LMT?
Could he attract sponsors?
Fund raising events and match day socialising?
How could it be used with the membership model?

How do we make it fun? Winning team YES!

I'm not socialising with Dixie if we sign a 20 goal forward. Imagine the mess.

In seriousness, those are interesting discussion points that just don't come to the fore at all. It must be time to look beyond the obvious gripes and at those things as well.

Exactly my point. We have to look to address the important stuff the WST should be doing. WAFC will operate the profit of the club.
