Give up on Redpassion - NOT WREXHAM FOOTBALL CLUB

I have to say people on here make me laugh. Some don't look at the bigger picture at all. Carrington has been kept on as he is a utility player, he does well at right back, can fit in at left back and midfield if required. That's one player filling up 3 squad player positions. Rutherford finished the season with more assists than any other player in the squad. Holroyd was our top scorer. We have the best defence in the league, all still here. We are going to replace a keeper who a lot didn't rate at all. The others that have gone, the likes of boden, who wouldn't have been cheap, well their wages have gone back into the pot so our new manager can spend it on his own players.

It's early days, and fans saying comments like we are going down are just stupid. How can you say we will go down, or go up, when you don't have a squad of players yet. League players contracts run until june, so if Ricketts is talking to contacts from league clubs, which I'd imagine he is, well then we won't be bringing them in until they are free agents.

We need to just keep calm and put trust in our new manager. He talks a lot of sense, and he seems to be very straight with his ideas.

Ricketts has come here to make a name for himself by taking us up. He wouldn't be here for any other reason.

Who is to say we will have the best defence next season,not interested in last season thats gone thank god,clubs a lot lot smaller than wrexham are getting more investment and having a go,wrexham are just making up the numbers,sorry for a club than gets 4,500 and can get 8,500 in this league is simply not good enough,the board need to smell the coffee quickly or get out of town,investment is what this club needs,and that is what the fans deserve,or it is another 11 years

You say Rutherford had the most assists,but when you play with Dunn,roberts,jennings,manny,pearson,wegsbury,kelly (hardly passed the half way line)our defensive players,take away our two forwards you are left with two players,so it is not difficult for a very average player like Rutherford who has played 40 odd games to be top of the assists.True?
