At the moment there is no reason to assume he is here for an easy time and I think he will feel he has a lot to prove. He has experienced the ride from non league upwards and if he makes a decent appointment for assisstant then I am expecting a big improvement on last season.

I think he will be defined by his signings both at CM and CF and lack of quality will mean a struggle but IMO I dont expect this and I still think there could be movements out of the club as well 1 before Aug and 1 before Jan if they dont shape up. Just opinion no rumours.
