Sam backtracking already

Are we full time or part time? From what I see we train about 3 days a week.......10ish to 1.00ish??.....is this normal with other teams?? Are these the hours full time teams train or are these part time team hours??... My point is if a team is so crap at say shooting they need extra training to hone their skills. I guess super Sam is living out of the area, is he the man to put in the extra hours? or are we paying full time wages for a part time outfit?

Lex went even a pub team in my book and we should never stoop so low playing teams like this and weren't they the ones that told us to sod off as they would rather have Queens Park playing on their pitch than us training there . I remember several games against Lex in the early 90s; the ‘never stoop so low’ argument seems bizarre bearing that in mind.

I can see where corner flag is coming from if we go back to last years pre season we played lex and Gresford etc and come first home game against Macclesfield we lost in front of 6000 odd. Cue meltdown on here afterwards saying how off the pace we were which was true as we could barely get the ball off them if I remember rightly

Last year training was 11-1 and Dunn was part time because he trained on fewer days than the others.

We train as much or more than other teams in our, and those above'a, level. We are full time.
As for the manager, he's already said he lives Knutsford way, under an hour to get in. Stop looking for issues where they aren't.

Gone are the days when we played Liverpool , Man.u. Wolves etc. who would bring strong teams to the racecourse , sad really

let's hope you are right but I have a sneaking feeling that little has changed but let's see if we get the standard of players Sam has been spouting about .As for better teams to play why not Crewe or Shrewsbury ?
