Wholeheartedly back this. It has always been my assertion that our decline is directly and inextricably linked to disposing of Rockin' Robin. Scrap Wrex, he looks like hippo anyway.

Yes all that is wrong with our club and why we will never be sucesfull. It should be football 1st 2nd 3rd and nothing else ...community club claptrap, who gives a flying fcuk on who or what is our mascot ?

You realise that the mascot is a way of attracting kids, boosting the fan base, giving us more money, and allowing us to be more successful as a football club, yeah?

Not really sure where your bias against community clubs comes in either, which clubs can you name which DON’T have mascots?

How long has the club been in existence?
How long were we called the Robins?

Our most successful side did it without a Mascot. it only a gimmick anyway.
Great for the kids but that's about it.
