The Hall of Fame is a fantastic way of remembering some of the fantastic players we have had over the years.

Unfortunately 10 years in the non league with what seems hundreds of players passing through without any of them in my opinion "qualifying" for the clubs Hall of Fame.

However another season or two of Shaun Pearson may change this as I am sure if he leads us back into the football league he will be high up on everyone's list to be included

As for Rochdale, does Matty Done's loan agreement allow him to play against us? He'd be sure to get a hat trick!

There are a load of players who have excelled for us without yet being elected to the Hall of Fame. As for our Non-League period I think Dean Keates, Neil Ashton, and Mark Creighton have valid claims.
It would be helpful if someone from the WSF could clarify whether or not they intend continuing with the Hall of Fame or are abandoning the project. If the latter then perhaps others could take over the mantle?

Your last paragraph is spot on by the way.

History means everything. It defines who we are as a club. By the way, many of us are told repeatedly that we need to move on from our past and forget the likes of Hamilton, Gutterman, Moss and Roberts. Never. Crooked owners, just like great players, define what we are. Perhaps we should have a Hall of Shame as well.
