Just because someone fits the right and proper owner type....IE local and has millionaire status doesn't mean it's going to work out right.

Macc and Accrington have proved you can get promoted on peanuts compared with other teams in the same league.

We have enough money we just haven't had the right manager at the right time...yet...
The exception that prove the rule. When was the last time a pauper got promoted from the Conference???

The trust should be a safety that ensures the survival of the club. However the club will never thrive on this model.

therefore the right owner, taking control after appropriate due diligence, or some other deal that is 'right' would be appropriate.

They will have nothing to gain moneywise as we have no assets so why not try it?
better than another year of us getting gates of 5000 and pretending we can't compete with rag arse rovers who have got a financial backer (bulls##t).
We have a massive asset - a 99 year lease on the ground.

They could, for example, build a hotel on the Kop.

Anyone I speak too seems to be saying the same things lately, we have just had an agm and the topics were ALL typical left wing BS. It is becoming the judeans people’s front and nothing more than a smokescreen for incompetence as the only people happy with the agm topic are those passing the bullshit as they have now found themselves in a position of little power that they never would of or the idiots who say they are making the club inclusive to everyone when there’s thousands of empty seats?

Talks of changing a mascot when the current model had us top one minute then 10th the next, you could give this idiots money and they still won’t know what to do, the writing has been on the wall for time and is still clear!
Wasn’t one of the AGM resolutions specifically to do with outside investment?!

Yeah just outlining that unless an official offer is actually made they would then consider and put it too the membership!

Glyndwr still own the freehold though so I assume they'd have to agree to anything substantial such as that.

Am I right that it was declared that the stadium could only be used for sporting purposes?
