Disagree. Getting back into the FL is more important right now. We simply don't have the funds to divert away from the playing budget.

The land needs development. It’s been lying dormant for 10+ years. It’s the best way for the Kop to be demolished and redeveloped.

What size kop end would it leave us to build I wonder, last thing we want is just enough space to build a 2k all seater.

Thats true but in the worst case scenario couldn't someone buy the land and build something that stops us building a stand?

I suggest you look at the plans again and also realise that we have a 99yr lease on the whole football club land as it now stands.
