To be fair Carey and Little were both very poor. All happened after Moss and Dickens sacked the great Denis Smith.

I am sure Carey and a few of our under performing players were given bumper new deals as a reward for finishing 22nd,all part of the long term plan to bring our club to its knees.

In hindsight, after the last gasp reprise of that season we should have cleared a lot of the players out. Even Carey sadly. I liked the guy but he was out of his depth.
