Notice that the last minutes posted on the WST website were for the March 19th meeting ie over 3 months ago. Appreciate that people are busy and some are on holiday but wonder why this info is so out of date?

Also gives them the chance to answer publicly rather than waste their time answering the same questions from dozens of people, though.

The minutes are always a month or two behind as they have to be approved at the next monthly board meeting and then published. I'd imagine the AGM and voting is also taking up a lot of everyone's time.

Precisely. Don't think we've had a WST press officer since Robin Wiggs who did an excellent job. Paul Smith had other jobs but always did his utmost on here and elsewhere to answer questions on WST matters. Their departures have left a big hole.

The April minutes would have been approved on May 31st. Just wondering why they have not yet been published.

Probably because they have been tied up with sorting out the AGM and all the voting, and perhaps people are on holiday too.
