Have I read this right? They have budgeted to lose 100K next Season? So if this becomes actual loss they are over spending by that amount across the club..Which bit are we overspending on?

They've budgeted for losses last 3 seasons. Made a profit in each one. Worse case scenario. Money is there to cover losses.

I always had it drummed into me that turnover is just vanity. Its profit that brings sanity.

They made a loss 2 seasons ago ..And we have had all the lovely Taylor/moult etc monies to make the profit.That has now run out

In my opinion, if any team in the National League budgets for a profit, they're not budgeting right.

I'd say every team starts off with a projected loss as any income from 'football fortune', player sales, cup runs etc., can't be realistically predicted.

Yes it will, wouldn't afford it would cost too much to harvest the rainwater. As for Solar Panels perhaps there could be a bit if quid pro quo in regards to free sponsorship,

Not wrong.
Turnover only means the amount of money generated and passing through a business, not the profit.

Example: A business can turnover 10 million, with a profit margin of 1%......giving a gross profit of £10,000.
Another business can turnover £100,000 with a profit margin of 10%, giving a profit of £10,000.
A business could, of course, turnover an infinite amount of cash, with no profit margin, but that would make the business pointless, other than perhaps to keep people in employment.

Absolutely no substance yet again and expecting the same people to dig even deeper.
