I live in Bangor so I'm 100% going to this game. I'm not passing up a chance to watch my Wrexham play when they're on my door-step just because of politics

Politics? It's a bit more than that.

Stephen Vaughan Sr. is currently unable to run a limited company because of the £500,000 fraud which took place while he was director of Widnes Vikings Rugby League Club. He took Widnes, Barrow and Chester to the wall.

Then there's the small matter of his son aiding a man who killed a policeman.

Vaughan Sr. was also jailed for 15 months in 2011 after punching a policeman outside his home in Heswall.

By all means feel free to attend, but don't tell me it's just politics.

I would say that living in Bangor you should show more compassion to what Bangor fans are going through and are no doubt about to go through

'They'd have to apply the same moral standards in all areas'
I don't understand that quote. The only owner in football that we still have a problem with is Vaughan, all the other scumbags that have tried to harm this club are no longer in the game. And if they think the money raised from the gate will go into Bangor's first team then they are on another planet, it goes straight into Vaughan's pocket. Maybe another friendly with Druids would have been better seen as though Bangor owe them money.

Abdicating any moral responsibility and laying the blame on " management" reflects very poorly on the Board.

I'd love to know how the management deemed Bangor in particular ideally suited for the pre season preparations. Why don't they admit that the college lecturer Darlington is the only reason they are playing a Cymru alliance team as part of their prep. They must think we were born yesterday.
It's amazing the influence somebody who's never played football and works for us part time has over the board.

Stop letting your agenda cloud your vision on this. The side Bangor have managed largely to retain qualified for Europe in the Welsh Premier last year only to be relagated due to off field issues. They will be a good test.

13 have left with 4 undecided. Potentially 17 to leave. We could have played dozens of teams and got the same challenge. This is a buddies love in....... And you know it

There were difficulties in arranging a pre-season friendly since Druids are competing in Europe.
Think there will be a game at The Rock v Wrexham in September.
