I wasn't there but the formation choice seems on the nose with the players we have (and presumably one out and out forward and a wide man still to come in?).

I think that it's game intelligence and lack of experience that lets him down. It was notable during the Lex game how much Ricketts had to talk to him to make sure he was in the right position. I would expect Summerfield to be playing that role as its essential that the 2 deeper midfielders are disciplined and know what their roles are.

Graham Barrow was on the pitch with Ricketts pre match and during the match someone else said he was in the raised gantry near the home dug out above the rest of us ground dwelling peasants !
