Yeah I'm sure 100s of years of football and 100s of teams have actually got it wrong, signing proven goal scorers isn't a good move.... The justification for signing a 0 goal tally striker sees no boundaries does it. Shaking my head.

The truth of the matter is the only people linking these 'proven' strikers to Wrexham is the fans..........Where has it been 'officially' stated that we're interested in Cheek (for example) - I'll give you a clue it wasn't SR. For all we know Pyke and MFT may have been SR's original targets (however underwhelming that may make you feel) - and that ultimately is the point - if SR's signings are not up to scratch it will ultimately cost him his job (and quite possivbly his reputation), there's no way he would make signings a la Mills - he must believe that the signings being made are improvements - we'll just have to wait and see
