Shame it's on a Monday. Living in Sheffield and having got the little nephew obsessed with Wrexham, I was hoping it would have been on a weekend so I could have brought him to the open day just like I used to go when I was a kid. We recently attended Owls in the park run by Sheffield Wednesday and it was a brilliant family day out. They had the players there having photos with the kids, having a kick about with them etc, would it be worth setting up our own Dragons day? It's one way of getting the kids hooked.

Make arrangements with the local schools to give each primary school a tour of the ground meet the players etc during the season - there are about 50 schools in the areas from memory, one day alone won't grab them - but make it part of the school year

Wrexham AFC are inviting everyone to their Annual Open Day which this year is held on Monday 30th July @ 4.30pm. This year we will have a ramp in place to allow wheelchair users access to the changing rooms/physio room and tunnel area. This is “courtesy of AEC Engineering Ltd

As the DLO at Wrexham AFC it was important to me that this year we had access for all and we really are very grateful to Phil Salmon at AEC Engineering for making this possible. We look forward to meeting old and new fans alike. Please make sure you come and say Hello !!
