That is a real shame. Thanks for putting yourself forward though it really is appreciated. Perhaps if we recruit again we can keep you in mind?

Sure thing.

It was more holidays from work, obviously I would have commited had I got it, but you are potentially taking a day off for an audition (that you might never get.)

Whoever gets it, I am sure they will enjoy it. The literature I got through was really interesting.
