Absolutely.

Many fans who post on here have a level of negativity that defies reason - neither the coach nor new players have been tested, the season hasn't started but apparently it's a shambles and we're going to get relegated. - oh and our manager is a liar (?) ffs

I'm going to Dover and I feel positive from some of the feedback from friendlies (Macc) , I like the combination of youth and experience and feel we have a better team than last season.

We might get battered at Dover but I will be watching over the first ten matches or so to see if the team gels.

If the prophesies of shameful failure are realised then I will be as quick as anyone to criticise but as I have yet to develop clairvoyant ability and cannot confidently predict the future I will be controversial and keep an open mind and get behind this team

After 5 years of being mid table our fans are just used to a under performing Wrexham team playing pathetic football, last year we were promised by Keates the Striker that was needed to fire us to promotion,we get Massanka till the new year, this season our new manager told us we were going to only bring in quality, but we get three strikers who have hardly scored a goal between them

Yes , I get that and at times it feels harder to have any optimism - esp after the last three seasons. But , with Tambo , he might not be the quality we expected - or believe we were promised - but he has found the net in the friendlies and depending on how we play might turn out to be an important signing for us. Hinds might well grow into the striker we need.

I understand the frustration and also some of the disappointment with the signings but find the negativity on here really wearing at times -

Ricketts spent a summer promising quality and hasn’t delivered up front or in goal. So lack of goals again, though a bit better than last season. And a few more goals conceded = mid table finish.

Bad luck with injuries and suspensions and we will be bottom half with some anxious looks at the bottom four. Sign genuine quality in January and we may flirt with play offs as the season nears its end.
