Come off it I have just watched it 20 times and if that’s a foul on Pearson there’ll be 500 fouls a game, we’d have endless threads naming and blaming referees if that was the other way around. It doesn’t matter as we won but disagree that was a foul.

It is a foul, end of story. By the letter of the law you cannot at any time have your palms pressing on any part of an opposing player. Just because they’re hardly given doesn’t mean that they’re technically not fouls based on the rules.
