Our last home opener on a Tuesday was in 15/16. 4,734 watched us defeat Torquay 3-1 after being a goal down; goals from Vose, Jennings (the other one) and a Gray penalty. This followed a 3-1 defeat at Bromley to start the season.
Given the good reviews from Saturday's win at Dover, I predict we will break the 5,000 barrier with 5,127. |

Got me thinking. What's the largest crowd ever to watch a Wrexham game. Not sure about the European games but I'd guess at 54kish at the Anfield Cup game back in the late sixties. Any others come close?
