I'm not sure I share optimism that Glyndwr owning the land will lead to the future development of the Kop. How much space would be left exactly for starters?

Are they basing it on the land they are trying to get planning permission for? If so its a bit of a crazy game as some of their plans are highly unlikely to get PP. Unless of course they have a hand in a few pockets....

in general, people are naive and only remember things for a short period of time. when something like a promise to reinvest the profits into the club is made it is lapped up at the time...sadly that statement would never have been legally binding and now there is no longer enough people to try to hold anyone to account. we move on and hope that the beneficiaries realise there is more to life than money through some terrible affliction that can't be bought out of. Wrexham FC will be around longer than any of us, let's enjoy the good and bad times while we are here.
