Yep. Happens every week and is getting tiresome. I agree with FOG, the mods need to be having a word.

Have to say, opinion changed on their penalty, extremely soft but we've given him a chance to give it. 9 out of 10 won't give it but I guess this was number 10!

And as for Fondop's penalty claim, while he looks to have overhit the ball and he milks it a little, the keeper takes his leg, stonewall pen for me.

If people think Im tiresome for countering the negativity of certain posters, that’s just bad luck for them, as I am sure I don’t need to remind people this is a fans forum.........

As for not adding anything of any worth, I guess I’m guilty as most others on here. And yes, I think the mods do need to have a word on that

If we look at the penalty incident, anyone who thinks the “push” by Pearson, was deserving of a penalty is clearly having a dig at him for doing his job. If he had let his man have a free run he would have been rightly criticised.
I also think it quite obvious to any knowledgable observer as to what Summerfield was trying to do. I just don’t understand why Fog doesn’t?Which makes me question his motives.

Oh, and finally, as I have said on another thread, the lack of noise made by the fans, especially in the Mold Road Stand was mystifying to me. It was as though as soon as the game started they went mute and failed to respond to incidents with any kind of passion.

Their penalty may have been a combination of the guy making the most of the contact and the referee wanting to give them something but Pearson didn't need to actually push him on the back. He had him covered. As it was we conceded a penalty for a foul on a player who was no threat. Pearson just needs to be a bit smarter as he's going to get targeted for that all season.

It's a penalty, if the boot was on the other foot I'd want it to be given. Pearson gets plenty of praise on here ( rightly so) but he's made a mistake there, as has Summerfield. Someone on here has called it correctly and that is wumming in your view, do me a favour.
