We can manage (certainly short term) without Young, Holroyd, Deverdics and Roberts.

I'd hope we see Manny, Rutherford and Jennings back asap. Manny has outshone Pearson so far, Rutherford seems to have finally found his calling and Jennings has looked more assured than last season. Plus when Jennings is out, we miss Carrington at RB.

Thame has done ok but he is not the real deal yet. If Manny Smith is out for the next two home games , Ricketts has to get an experienced defender in from somewhere. Should have happened a year ago - we have been dancing on thin ice with Smith and Pearson’s luck with injuries for far too long. Instead it’s disappointing to see Ricketts bringing in another lightweight in midfield [Burgess]

Getting out of this league is simple- height , physicality , a goal scorer. a settled side and some football.

I agree. Lack of defensive cover is going to cost us.

Depends on the extent of the injuries and time out. We will never know how good Tharme is if he doesn't play and he will never develop if he doesn't get opportunities. Long term we do need to strengthen the squad in this area and a short term loan needed if Jenno & Manny don't return this next week.
