For some reason or other.

They seem to be the same ones ?

I wonder why.

I mean it's actually great. Because every time they post. The word Champions is being positioned up the ranking on Red Passion.

So its really a great help.

And then later in the season when it really gets interesting... I wonder if they will be posting on it as much then.

Time will tell.

No one is struggling with it. We just think it’s meaningless bullshit. It’s as simple as that.

If you’re suggesting this thread will impact results in anyway then I fear for your sanity. If we’re still doing well later in the season it will have nothing to do with hippy pipe dreams posted on the Internet. Sorry to burst your bubble.

To the doubters of karma.

Who think I'm in no particular order... King of Happy Clappy land. A hippy. Mentally ill, delusional.

or words to that effect.

Here's a thing, if the Wrexham manager believes that the fans believe that the players really can go up as Champions, that they have the ability to do it, with a supportive board club, to help our manager find the resources to cover any weaknesses (that the fans have noticed) then the likelihood of us going up as Champions will be greater.

That bond with the fans is really important.

Red Passion represents the Digital voice of the fans of Wrexham AFC so it's a powerful and effective tool.

If a bloke or lady ( a Wrexham fan ) is sitting in Kuala Lumper reading a live feed and reads a fan say that a player or the manager or the club is 'brainless' then there is a chance (just a chance) that they might think its just another year of woe and not be bothered to catch the flight home to Wrexham. For the first time in 7 years. To see their hometown club play. To add to the crowd. To be an extra supporter rather than an extra empty seat. To sing and clap and support the team. To help the players onto victory.

That might make this thread seem meaningless to you. But I doubt a Wrexham player wearing our club badge would find it meaningless.

This thread is about Red Passion. It's not my bubble to burst. It's our clubs bubble.

I don't mind taking the flack. Karma and love seems to be a threatening concept to some folk.

I just love my club dearly. Like we all do...

And I know there are thousands of Wrexham fans who want us to be Champions.

Especially the kids.

Feel The Force Forza Wrecsam

And a special mention to the chap in front of me at Wembley v Newport who despite us being 2-0 down in the play off final stood up on his seat and started clapping and getting all the other Wrexham fans to clap too. A Total legend.

I'm with Welsh Kiwi on this, for what it's worth.

In my experience positive thinking, belief and unity are really powerful things, and they are infectious. It's a really important mindset to have in a fan owned club.

I understand the philosophy, I do. But I really don't think that many, if any, of our current squad are playing better because they are playing for the badge. They play better to keep their place, for personal pride etc. I don't think it matters which club they are playing for at the time.

I do feel that believing in something means you put that extra effort in and that can often result in positive outcomes, but that is mainly from trying hard and putting the graft in.

As fans we can help the cause by supporting during the matches, raising funds etc but I don't feel that a collective positivity from the stands will necessarily improve what is on the pitch. it is down to the players to find that extra effort that will see us over the line. We can let them know we are behind them, but ultimately the only people who will motivate a player is the player himself.

By all means, continue to believe in this. I admire your strength in doing so. But at the same time I can accept Phil's point of view too. No one is right or wrong. We ALL want the same end result: Wrexham to go up. How we individually get there is personal preference.

And at the end of the season, if we do go up as Champions, then the only people taking the credit should really be the players and management, and the fans for the support we all give, however we give it. Not a thread on positive thinking. It will have been achieved through hard work, luck, skill and consistency not Karma IMO, I'm afraid.

No harm in positive thinking. But that alone won't get results IMO.
Belief we can go up as Champions is fine, I think we are capable of it, but I don't believe we will (not yet anyway). I'm too much of a realist.
Unity is great too, if fans all push in the same direction then we can help the cause, but differing opinions are needed to highlight our shortfalls. Otherwise how do you improve?

But surely this is nothing different than we have been doing for the last ten years? This club has a fantastic fanbase, always has and hopefully always will.

Sometimes in life its helpful to see the bigger picture.

To look beyond the screen in front of you.

If I could guarantee promotion as champions with this thread. People would then take it very seriously.

I don't believe this thread will make us Champions. Per say... But I do believe we will have more chance of helping to make our Club Champions if we can build a huge collective energy behind the team.

Karma is powerful. Have you noticed what is happening to Coca Cola ? Karma Cola is happening to Coca-Cola. You might not notice it now, but look again in 5 years time... Karma is powerful.

Every hour that our lads our not playing out on the pitch they are still living and breathing Wrexham Football Club. They are looking and listening to everything around them. They are feeling the energy from the fans. Every single day in every conversation. They will be noticing the little details. It will be feeding back to them. The manager will notice it too... And the board and the groundsmen staff and the media team and even the postman delivering post to the Car Ras.

OAP, I would really like to know which of our players is not bothered about which club they play for. Which players are not bothered about playing for our great club and wearing our Wrexham AFC badge. I would really like to know who they are. Because I would really like to talk to them. Face to face... And help them to understand a little bit more about the history of our club. And what it means to play for Wrexham AFC. and what it means to the fans... Please let me know which players you are referring to...

If Bill Shankly was still alive and you asked him " Mr Shankly do you believe that the fans. The thousands of fans who stand on the Kop and who live and breathe Liverpool Football Club, would be able to, with their collective positive energy, make any difference to what happens on the pitch ?" Do you think his answer would have been "No Son. No I really don't think they would make any difference at all" ?

We can either go up as Champions or via the play offs or stay another year in this league. Going up as Champions is much easier. You only need a better goal difference or 1 point more than the 2nd place team. Playing for promotion via the play offs is the riskiest move and will be the most likely to fail.

No one is trying to suggest a thread on Red Passion is going to take credit for getting our club promoted as Champions. That is a very strange assessment to make. And if you have read my posts I have never actually suggested that.
But if every week anybody connected to WAFC who reads RP sees the word Champions, it will stop the word seeming unattainable and fearful. It will start to feel familiar.

Confidence is powerful...

Ask Alex Higgins how he played when he lost his confidence. And then watch him play with confidence and his fans cheering him on in the Crucible...

So perhaps a question to ask fellow posters is why won't be become Champions this year ?

#PlayWithNoFear
