saw this on twitter on the weekend and thought it would be interesting to see on here the results.

pick a hypothetical 'world cup' style squad of 23 from any Wrexham players you have seen play during your time supporting the mighty reds.

the players can only be selected based on their form while playing for the reds and not any pre or post club form. e.g. you decide to choose Jonathan Walters, you get the Wrexham 'not quite ready for it yet' version, not the player he turned out to be.

here was my team:

Marriott, Dibble, Maxwell

McGregor, Obeng, Carey, Evans, Pearson, Lawrence, Holt, Ashton

Ferguson, Owen, Keates, C. Edwards, Connolly, Russell, Hughes, Wainwright

Ugarte, Bennett, Trundle, Morrell

Humes and Foster could also be considered after a conversation via twitter with a few people, and i would drop Dibs and Ashton if that was the case.

but what a team that would be, league 1 easy i would say
