Seems the same applies to a lot of the Prem clubs.

I know our EX rivals down the road were waiting ages for the second half of a payment from Leicester which wasn't as much as a players weekly wage.

Phil Salmon is correct re work in future.
The structures have a fair amount of early rusting, including parts of the floodlight lattice and supports. Even the braces on the Mold Rd stand have early rusting so the club will have to have a programme of work to protect the structures.
Property eh. Who would want it?
At least at Chester one man and his dog, with a ladder, can paint the place in a week!!!!

it could be they are just being economical with the truth? To put other clubs off the scent when we try and buy players in January and they raise the prices?...We have the biggest squad for years at no extra cost?? Or we are slowly spending the Ward money discretely?
