All members are welcome to attend, while both new and lapsed members can join up on the night.

Have been in discussions with Liverpool over the Ward money. It will be in instalments although we will have to show the full amount in this year's accounts. We haven't received anything yet.

There is work which needs doing. Phil Salmon has recommended it is done now otherwise it will cost us a hell of a lot more in 5-6 years

Nothing to announce over any concerts for next year although the time window we can have them has been reduced from 6 weeks to 4 weeks as the groundstaff said they need longer to get the pitch ready. We were lucky this year

We have spent slightly more on the playing budget than was planned at this stage, partly due to Manny's injury but the club are comfortable with it and more than happy with Sam and his team

There was a long and at times heated discussion on the 'proposed' new disabled viewing platforms and where they and shouldn't be located.

Think that was everything

I take it this relates to the upkeep of the stadium which must be an ongoing programme - bit of a millstone around the neck of the club but there's no real alternative. Nothing unduly concerning and extortionately expensive I hope.

If the massive floodlights ever fail we're screwed.
