Part Time Kit Person (Temporary Role) - Wrexham AFC - RedPassion.co.uk

Wrexham AFC are looking for a person to join Sam Ricketts’ backroom team on a temporary basis for a period in the 2018/19 season starting in October. As an integral part of the Football Department, the person will ensure that all first team and youth team kit is prepared and organised for training as well as both home and away fixtures. The role will involve washing and drying of kit, planning for home and away fixtures including working with the opposition club on team colours as well as managing a kit inventory for all players.
This is a part time role which covers the full spectrum of the football calendar including weekends and evening matches.

Role Requirements - the successful applicant will require:

• To demonstrate excellent organisation skills
• An ability to work as part of a team with good communication
• Good interpersonal skills demonstrating a positive personality and outlook

Noticed Alan Jones our kitman pre match on the pitch walking with some difficulty in recent times.

Anybody out there who is a good friend of the Archbishop of Canterbury and has previous experience working as a clown at a circus could have a 'marvellous' time - do it the Neil Baldwin way.

Seriously, this I would imagine requires prolonged commitment week in week out as anyone working in football will be able to vouch for. it will require dedication and organisation - get it seriously wrong and several thousand people will get to find out.

Why not offer 'in service' training to those players who are ending their careers but want to stay on with the Club.....we could all offer some suggestions.
