Far too early to write off our season and proclaim either Salford or Leyton Orient champions elect.

Our defence and midfield were mostly fine last night, but the front three did not perform. We are still WIP, but we need to keep in the hunt until the January transfer-window opens, when we need to bring in a proven striker.

Understand what your saying but disagree.. we had 3 gilt edged chances and on another day we win comfortably if we take them chances. It certainly wasn’t the way we set that affected our ability to score.

Anyway if you can’t win..... wait 😊

As previously highlighted Fondop and Drew have gone backwards and seems more work rate and attitude than ability which is always frustrating.
Starting 11 still not settled and stuck with rigid 433 that offers no plan B.

Too many players that cannot score and we still need a midfield general.
Lets hope we dont quickly slip into mid table in the next few games.

Big shout out to the 771 that went FANtastic. Pity support doesnt win games.
Previous matches Summerfield has been toted as our next Fergie !! One duff match and another match where some more clinical finishing would have gained us the win and we need a midfield general again ? Feels like a knee jerk reaction to me

Well earned point in my opinion and we were the better team over the 90 minutes. The artificial pitch is a definite advantage to the home team. I noticed that our lads were slipping more than their players. Once when Pearson slipped it nearly cost us a goal. I think the bounce is a bit different. I think that Leighton played well but the only time they looked like scoring was when the ball bounced in front of him and he was unable to gather it. The pitch was small which helped them deny us any time and space at the start of each half in particular. This made it very difficult to play decent passing football. They were all over us like a rash. The more each half wore on and they tired the more passing football we were able to play. Our fans were amazing well done to one and all.

It seems the concerns raised during pre season were justified, we need quality upfront, Orient and Salford aren't much better than us, but they have it.

3 points on Saturday will get us back to the 2 points per game average.. keep that up and we won't be far away at the end of the season. One game at a time!

Not many people laughing at Salford’s ‘poor start’ now, themselves and Orient have quality up top where once again we have failed miserably in this department. We have improved the midfield ten fold from last season but we still lack the creativity needed.

Put it in another thread but after the Barnet game I think we play three of the bottom four in out next three games.
