Well, we had a purple patch in the first half but then went onto lose the second half 1 - 0 and revert back to poor football.

Consistency is a big factor over 90 minutes - week in week out - we look good at times but don't seem to have the capability over a full match - a bit of Jekyll & Hyde.

As for H & W - don't think anyone is seriously turning them over - they lost last week to a last minute Solihull goal so wont be a walk over. Hope the players treat it seriously and don't think it's a matter of just turning up and going through the motions to get the 3 points - no complacency - just do a professional job and bag the points.

Consistency for me is 2 points a game. As for Ebsfleet - the purple patch was the first half and job done. I don't care that we lost the second half 1-0 and ,for me, its completely irrelevant.

I think that view is fine, after all most of the last 10 years we have been an average conference side where no game has been easy.

However you cannot hold the view that this game won't be easy and at the same time think we are promotion contenders, If you think this game is not easy then you think we are not good enough to go up. Which is fair enough.

There is a difference in expecting an easy game versus performances that win games. We need to improve our performances and goal scoring and then games become easier to win even the harder games.

We need to be at this one right from the start.
