Scarves on Goalposts?
 

Just went past the ground on my way back from work and noticed the Kop Goal had tons of scarves tied around them, any reason why?

ITV are filing a four part drama series about Anne Williams the hillsborough foundation campaign. Set to be aired next year. Using the Kop and using a bedroom at the Turf for an opening scene. Set to star shameless and dinner ladies star Maxine Peake.

Also depends if you consider people in work but having to rely on food banks as real employment as well I would guess.
