He makes a good point "if it just gets accepted,the next who take up the same responsibility will suffer the same."

If abuse of those who volunteer / run for election / etc is accepted or made normal then people will give doing such things a swerve in future.

Clearly the incident is shocking if true , but it is dangerous when social media is used to whip people up. Quite why this thread hasn’t been taken down is baffling.
