Default Junior Dragons' Christmas Party

This year’s Junior and Youth Dragons Christmas Party will be taking place on Sunday 16th December in the Centenary Club from 11.30am - 2pm.

This FREE event will include a disco, party games and a question and answer session with members of the first team squad. We will also have a face painting stall provided by ‘Glitterbugz’, a local glitter body art company (additional charges apply for this) who will kindly be donating a percentage of their event profits to the Junior Dragons.

Each child will also receive a free party food box during the event, whilst adults can purchase additional snacks (bacon and sausage baps) and drinks from the Centenary Club bar. Please let us know if your child has any special dietary requirements by emailing juniordragons@wst.org.uk .

Although this is a free event, tickets are limited in number and are now available to collect from the club shop, and will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Please remember to take your child’s Junior Dragon membership card with you. If you unable to visit the club shop, tickets can be reserved by phoning 01978 891864 and quoting your child’s membership number. New members are still welcome to attend the event but will first need to join online or at the club shop for £5.

Please note that all children must be accompanied by at least one adult for the duration of the event. There is a limit of 2 attending adults per child, to ensure as many children as possible are able to attend the event.

Last year’s event was a complete sell out with 120 Junior Dragon members attending the event. Tickets are sure to fly out so please collect your tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Our FPA has a committee meeting on Thursday next. We totally support the Junior Dragons and will be discussing ways we can help.

Over 100 young supporters enjoyed the Junior Dragons’ Christmas Party at the Centenary Club today.

The festive fun began with a disco and party food before the first team squad arrived for photos, autographs and a question and answer session. Another special visitor was soon on his way, as Father Christmas took time out of his busy schedule to reward the boys and girls for being loyal Wrexham fans!

Our thanks go out to everyone who supported this event and we hope that everyone that attended enjoyed it as much as we did! We’d also like to thank our fantastic team of volunteers for organising and running the event, Shaun Carr for being our wonderful DJ, the Former Players Association and Paul Smith for donating raffle prizes, the Centenary Club for hosting us and all the players for giving up their time.

For more photos and videos of the event remember to visit our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/JuniorDragonsWrexham , where you are also welcome to share your own photos of the event.

A big thank you for everyone who contributed to this event. My granddaughters had a superb time.
The photos with Shaun Pearson will no doubt soon hang proudly in the eldest one’s bedroom. A total gentleman. It must be his twin brother that runs through brick walls every Saturday!!

Thanks again everyone.
