I was dubious about the place initially but have had a tour around the place for my work and there is more to it than first appears. (Appreciate it's quite a pricey addition) In addition to the market stalls etc. there is a theatre space that can host small events, the galleries, and other areas around the site that can host events. They have a tapas shop, curry shop, desert shop and bar with more coming I was told. They also rent out offices on the first floor so I was surprised. Certainly increased the footfall dramatically since it opened so could be a good choice.

I'm not a massive fan of how it looks but having had it explained I do now understand that it's design is based on the local industrial heritage. I hope the shop goes well there.

I'm led to believe the initial outlay to build it came from the Arts Council, so didn't cost "our" council much. The upkeep costs offset against rent revenue and hiring out the performance areas is another matter completely though!

The club aren't trying to justify building Ty Pawb, they've just announced a Christmas shop. Take a chill pill bud.

I think the money was from the Welsh arts council. Wrexham council had to pay for the alterations to the multi storey car park.

Been to two events there and both were well supported, the food onsite is nice as well and you can get a beer which helps

There seems to be more happening in Ty Pawb all the time with different events. The Wrexham Open art exhibition is there in two galleries for another few weeks, I quite enjoyed mooching round that for an hour.

Well said it is worth a walk around
