Sunday is a massive game. I hope to god nobody is given a 'run out'. That's what the FAT should be used for, certainly not the FA cup.

No maybe about it. We don’t have the right to know all the ins and outs of every player but we should be asking why season after season we sign players on loan and don’t even give them a sniff of a chance. That’s the wider issue that many ignore as if we have money to burn.

What this 'not paying for him' as loans very rarely come free. There are some that think we get loans free to justify keeping loans that sit on the bench

You don't know this do you, it's just a guess.

Seriously though, the way I see it is that he was signed with the intention of playing but then JMD became unexpectedly available later in the day and kept him out initially.

He then got injured and in the meantime we signed Burgess, later downgraded to a 93 day loan, then Walker who was an improvement on Burgess.

That's just the way football goes. Not every signing is a success but at least you can see the methodology at work this season rather than the past few seasons of signing crap like Ainge and Beck.
