Leyton Orient.

Another tough test next Saturday, with Leyton Orient the visitors. Just one defeat in their twenty games to date, and none away from home, scoring twenty goals on their travels, while Wrexham have conceded just four at home. Hope to see a bumper crowd, six thousand maybe, not sure how well supported they are away, especially up north, but, for both sides this is a big game, one at this stage of the season, neither side will want to loose. So get down to the Cae Ras, this is a bigger than the following week's cup tie with Newport. COYR.

Re: Leyton Orient.

Next Saturday promises to be a National League cracker.
The top 4 all playing - in two great looking matches.
Wrexham v Leyton Orient
Solihull Moors v Salford City.
Should give us a good indication as to where we, and our rivals are up to.
Not forgetting Salford are live on BT Sport Wednesday night in their cup replay v STFC so a hard week particularly for them.
These type of games decide the title - got to beat your rivals - Leyton Orient have only been beaten once at home to Sutton United all season ( 0 - 1)
If we don't get a massive crowd in the shrine next Saturday there's something wrong - I reckon they will bring 500. Home allocation sold out yesterday for their 3 - 1 defeat of Bromley.
Still having nightmares over our 2nd leg play off final 2 - 1 defeat in 88 (I think) so need to exact a bit of revenge.

A win would be great, but these are the sort of games we cannot afford to lose

Mustn’t lose, but really need to win.

SDR must get his best starting XI out.

I dont think that Sam knows what it is.
He can pick the same 11 players but gets very inconsistent performances from a number of them. Seems he just tries to see how he can shuffle 4 players to get the best.

Expect Walker to return in midfield in place of Wright or possibly Young.
Beavon back up front for Fondop or Pyke and then Rutherford or the misfiring JMD.

We will need a more energetic performance next week and get what promises to be a big home support behind the team from the start.
Hopefully we dont get the inconsistent first 45 again with little to get the crowd excited.

So much promise for this game and so much reward for a decent performance.
Can Sam and the team pull this one off is the question?

Massive game for us at this stage of the season, Sam made mistakes with his team selection on Saturday and if we go into the Orient game with Rutherford and Fondop up top and Wright in midfield Justin Edinburgh will be picking his lips.

Big crowd
Ends up with a loss in most cases
