Saturday sees our annual designated bring a tin game when we host Leyton Orient. If you are able to contribute any items please drop them off at one of the collection points around the ground which will be there from 1:30pm onwards. We have collected an incredible amount over the last 4 years and hopefully this year will be similar.

This really does help - a single tin in your pocket isn't really difficult - 5,000 tins will give a massive uplift to those in need.

Understand that all non perishables are gratefully received but are there any things that are required more than others? Or things that can not be used?
Things I haven't considered donating until recently are deodorants, toothbrushes etc or even pet food but saw someone running a food bank on TV recently saying that these things also help to make a difference.

Wrexham Foodbank have tweeted to say fruit/rice pudding/UHT milk/Christmas chocs particularly needed but toiletries, household cleaning products and sanitary products are all welcome. Basically, whatever you would buy in your weekly shop would be an item which is required by another family. Even gloves, hats, scarves and toys would be welcomed. Link below is for Wrexham Foodbank and what they are requesting should people be able to donate.

Is there an option to donate cash?
Have given half my winter fuel allowance to Crisis at Christmas , I'm lucky enough that I don't need it , would like to give the other half to the foodbank.
