I rang up on Monday and I bought mine over the phone and they have sent them out straight away no problems.

A few of you have gone off on a tangeant with this one. Seems I am to get an email tomorrow with instructions how to buy a ticket for my reserved season ticket seat. So OK with that. The only additional comment I would make now is that when the club said on its official site that season ticket holders should contact the club they should have just asked all season ticket holders to hang fire for further instructions to come to them by email.

I haven't had a email, but I bought my ticket in the shop last Tuesday no problem.

We went in the shop after the game and was told facility to book online and print at home tickets would be going live tomorrow for ST holders.

It was available from Last friday. They sent an email but it went in my spam/junk folder. If you go on the wxm website and click buy tickets, log in using your email and password and the newport game will be there. Press buy and enter your card details and its all done!

You may have had an email, but it may have gone into your spam/junk folder. Mine did!

Perhaps some supporters have a yearning and desire to sit in the same seat for all competitions - it's understandable to a fair degree - but shouldn't be an entitlement - it's the Cup so should start from scratch with an equal playing field for all - and not heap extra work on a system that can be avoided.

Says a probable non season ticket holder . Some of us buy a season ticket to guarantee our seat , you should try it sometime.
