Seems to be a case of pulling facts out of their arse, Welsh football as I'd was born in Wrexham and as such it makes the most sense to have it here.

Wrexham has better road/rail links, how the hell do you even get to Newtown?

It makes no sense to me, as we had a brief name change but are still associated as being the same club, taking that into a account. So how doesn't an amalgamation count as like us you can still trace the club's foundation to the very start with the same representative's involved. So actually Cefn Druids are the oldest club and can be traced way back to being Plas Madoc FC founded in 1869, same people involved during each name change over the years, so that provides the links required to be the same club.

Best bit is Newtown started out as Newtown white stars who alamagated themselves very early on, so as has been put by another poster facts are being pulled from his arse.
