Almost half way and 3rd. That's great.
However, we are now below the magic two points per game total.
We haven't scored for two games.
We don't create enough.
We are, let's face it, in a mini slump. The key is to stop it becoming bigger. This is going to be Ricketts big test.

I agree - only positive from tonight was to not concede. I wonder if orient fans are declaring that enough is enough after failing to beat aldershot ? A win Saturday would be a huge shot in the arm for the club not to mention the money - here’s hoping.

Let's be honest we rarely do well at Barrow and playing them on a shity night a defeat or draw is the usual, we aren't good enough in the final 3rd and we haven't been since the first 4 months of Mills reign, we haven’t had a striker since Moult worthy of the word, the side has also lacked width and pace throughout for years.
What Creighton says is true if this club wants to get out of this league and progress then they have to back the manager with some money and I'm not talking one month loans.

Carrington wasn't even in the match day squad - still it's on our club site so must be correct.

Attendance 851 with 116 making the trip from the fatherland.

Wonder who's more brassed off ? us or Orient supporters after their 0 - 0 v Aldershot - if football was so predictable and fell into a regular pattern we wouldn't follow it would we.

Need more than a single goalscorer in this team - some movement, creativity and guile in the final third - some players (Rutherford) never score and others score very few - but is it necessarily the personnel or the tactics we play to - similar to last season under Keates is our priority defence to the detriment of attack, flair and goals ?
A huge 1200 at Salford tonight for their top of the table clash

Orient haven't been knocking round this division for over a decade unlike ourselves. This has all the hallmarks of a 10th place finish again mainly due to the fact our goal difference and goals scored is quite honestly just not promotion material. Yes or No?

While I agree the facts show that we are only Saturdays result worse than Salford who have spent freely. SR has to improve our attacking options and we must give Bobby Grant time and add to it. The positive is we have a platform from which to realistically aim for top 3 but we must recruit. A win Saturday as I said before would be great for morale and add financial muscle in January.

Orient fans prob not concerned over creativity and goals all season.
The comments now are exactly the same comforters that were wheeled out last season and many before it.

This is about the best chance we have had and may get for years.
The problems are obvious and the current selection of the front 3 isnt working.
Sam needs to shake it up and try to muddle through to Jan.

Big decisions now have possible big rewards. Do we have the balls to make them?
