Great guy, great motivator, tactically lacking.

I think he's a more than capable manager with the correct backroom staff but his time with us is done.

He's not the full package but we could do a lot worse than Andy - he has earned the right to be 'one of ours'.

Watching that thing on the BBC about the playoff final just reminds of it being the same old story. A team with clinical strikers making the difference after our strikers miss clear chances.

We’ve not had a lethal striker since Gary Bennett 25 years ago.

That Morrell 34 goal season was a fluke.

Classic that FOG, how do you fluke 34 goals in league 2?! Agree we desperately need a clinical striker now though

Don't you remember that hat trick he got, one off his shin, one off his arse when attempting a diving header and one off his dick as he attempted an overhead kick?

You lads need to check Morrell’s average goal return per season over his near 20 year career and tell me that season wasn’t a fluke.

Come back to me when you’ve done that.

We do, but we also need a team that creates chances. Both Morrell and Bennett would be doing well to hit double figures in this current team, and the one before that and the one before that....

Askey would favour attacking play. I think with Young and Summerfield he could get us playing some good stuff. Hell, he might even be able to get a tune out of JMD, he did it with Durrell remember.
