Mills' CV also shows that he won the Conference and he was an arch bullshitter. All I'm saying is that he may well have won it last year after 5 years of trying, but that doesn't necessarily mean he has the right mindset.

If we appoint him and we go up as champions I'll hold my hand up, but I still think he comes across as a wet blanket.

I certainly think he should be in consideration, however several have been promoted once and failed to repeat it. I can only remember Still and Mellon doing it twice, likely others have slipped my mind.

Mills CV is bollox then. He didn't win the Conference he went up via the Play Offs.

Askey was a good fit at Macclesfield, especially with Danny Whittaker pulling the strings on the field but Wrexham - not for me.
