"Wrexham assistant Graham Barrow believes "there is a lot of making up to do" if manager Sam Ricketts is to stay in charge."

"Barrow says Ricketts was "indecisive" over his future in a phone call."

"Barrow was asked if the situation means Ricketts' time in charge at The Racecourse is over.

He replied: "Obviously you hope not, but you wonder has it gone too far?"

No way back surely....I'd rather us cut our noses off n have to pay him off than stay if all falls through....unless he is completely innocent in all of this & then others should go because of the mess created. Someone is to blame .

As much as I feel he has acted in an immature, and ultimately to the Club, disloyal manner it should be possible to kiss and make up. Sadly for him, in this case, it would be kiss arse but for all that if he's big enough it should be possible.

I'm not sure we could ever trust him again but he is not as important as the Club. He and his team have made us promotion contenders - I would like him to finish the job this season.

I'd be happy for him to stay of he came out and explained it all. It seems like the way it's been handled backed the club into a position (one I support) not to let him take charge last night. This in turn may force his hand.

If he wants to stay and he's man enough to admit what went on I think everyone could move on.

I expect him to end up at Slops though.

He has shot himself in the foot, he can't come back here so has to end up at Shrewsbury. It sounds like we have agreed the compo if he goes to allow them to talk to him.

It appears he is about to be negotiating his terms with them...!

Shrewsbury will be driving a hard bargain knowing he has nowhere to go.

There is a lot of speculation on what has happened which isn’t good for anyone. Whatever needs to be done let’s just get it done. Back the board and support the club in whatever is decided.

Yesterday proved we are only a couple of good signings away from a top dude - best side - at this level.

Our support is brilliant but it all feels like a brexit style debate based on smoke and mirrors.

Come on Boatd let’s get it sorted.
