Whoever it is should get the full backing from all supporters, the board will as always try to get who they feel is the best man for the job, nobody has got a crystal ball. If you keep doing the right things, everything will eventually come good. Is it just me or does it feel like the club is moving forward in their thinking and the structures that are in place, it's good to see and hopefully will continue, if it does, we are not far away at all.

i dont think hes intouch with this league,how can he be if hes a manager on a different continent,cant see him havin enuff contacts, to be able to call managers up for loan players or players he knows, im probably totally wrong ,but just a gut feeling ER

That's so not how it works any more. Lists are passed around, agents contact clubs, people are recommended, software exists that highlight players and their abilities. Not being around wouldn't be any great hardship. On top of this, Barrow is completely in the know if that were how it worked.

im not the least bit worried about GB,so why have a manager then just get a computer to compute it and bingo a winning team, is that how it so works these days D&G
