Have come to the conclusion that without a manager in place these decisions have been taken and that Lawrence is already sorted. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy that the two biggest stones in our foundations are cemented for the next two and a half years but it seems strange they both get approved within days of Ricketts departure and before the new man is in post - or perhaps he has been consulted from afar ??

Why strange ? Securing two of your main assets at a time of uncertainty seems a rather sensible move to me. In reference to Lawrence I personally would not conclude anything. It does seem to me however something of a no brainer for Dennis if we have offered him something. Stay with a football association where you may have problems being paid or sign a contract with a club you have a strong association with who are financially stable ?
